Locations

The Exam Schedule lists locations where DEP conducts operator certification exams. The Faculty Dashboard in Workday offers the option of "View My Teaching Schedule", which allows faculty to locate their exam schedules. In addition the Registrar's Office has a list of exam times for classes that have exams required by NYSED regulations. Final exams for classes that are held in the evenings are scheduled for the regular class times of the final examination weeks.

Registration

Exam locations try their best to accommodate those with special needs. The nature and the extent of these needs should be noted on the registration and confirmed by a physician's attestation. The locations for the exam must adhere to confidentiality.

Fees



If you have completed your studies at Elan Academy and wish to obtain an Goethe-Zertifikat A1 (start German 1), you must pay the exam fee. This fee is in addition to the course fee.

Practice tests allow you to get familiar with the format of the questions, their wording, and the difficulty of the questions on the test. They allow you to assess your knowledge level, find areas of knowledge that aren't covered and increase your chances of passing the exam.

Please be aware that the exam fee is not refundable. Examination results can only be accessed via email and not by phone.
